如果來到東京可以安排一天的箱根之旅

以下將介紹小田急"浪漫"特快的預約至乘車流程。

從國外預約

o 請利用電子郵件向新宿小田急旅遊服務中心(http://www.odakyu.jp/tc/center/ ) 洽詢

o 新宿小田急旅遊服務中心（小田急新宿車站／僅提供特快車票預約服務）

o 小田急旅遊公司（旅行社／希望訂購內含"浪漫"特快的旅遊商品時）

預約特快車票的注意事項

已預約的特快車票，若未能於期限內完成領取手續將自動取消。

欲指定眺望席、靠窗席、客房（半包廂式座位）的旅客，請於預約或購票時告知。

特快車票可於小田急線各車站的售票機、小田急旅遊公司或小田急旅遊服務中心

(welcome@odakyu-dentetsu.co.jp)預約或購買。

另外需準備前往目的地的普通車票（車資）。

普通車票無法事先預約，因此請乘車當日於車站購買，或是使用各種周遊券。

小田急"浪漫"特快依列車名稱使用不同車種，行駛區間亦有所不同。

詳情請參閱「沿線停靠站」資訊。

Dear Customer,

This is Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center. Thank you for your email.

To book and purchase the tickets for Romance Car, please make a reservation through the following web site: http://www.odakyu.jp/english/romancecar/e_romancecar/

The reservation starts from 10:00 (Tokyo Time) of one month prior to the departure day.

You can make a reservation for a maximum of 8 people.

Your payment will be processed by credit card when you make a reservation through the web site.

About the process, please refer to: http://www.odakyu.jp/english/romancecar/e_romancecar/guide.html

When boarding the train, print out the page of “Confirmation of reservation” and take the print-out as an e-ticket together with the credit card used for purchase.

If using a smartphone, the train can be boarded with a screenshot of the “Confirmation of reservation” page and the credit card.

Please be careful that the "Confirmation of reservation" page might not load properly even if you had bookmarked it before.

*To take the Romance Car (890 yen/adult, 450 yen/child), a regular train ticket (1,190 yen/adult/one way, 600 yen/child/one way) or the Hakone Freepass is needed. For more information about the Hakone Freepass (5,140 yen/adult, 1500 yen/child for 2 days, 5,640 yen/adult, 1750 yen/child for 3 days), please refer to the following URL:http://www.odakyu.jp/english/deels/freepass/hakone/

No reservation is needed for the Hakone Freepass. Please purchase it directly from our Center or from any ticket issuing machines in any Odakyu Line station. We Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, which is at West Entrance of Shinjuku Station, open from 8:00-18:00 every day.
